Our first two new addons are released, Design Pack #1 and Euro Currency.
Design Pack #1 adds extended visual customisation for invoices and quotes. It includes nine templates and ten fonts you can apply to any document. Approved invoices keep their chosen design permanently, even if the pack expires.
The Euro Currency addon equips Envoyce with full dual‑currency capability, letting you invoice confidently in EUR across all 20 Eurozone countries. With dynamic local tax lookup, automatic VAT compliance, and built‑in B2B reverse‑charge controls, it handles the complexity of cross‑border billing for you.

You can get addons only after logging into Envoyce. Once you’re in, open the Addons section on the left‑hand menu.
From there, choose the addon you need, pick the term, and activate it. No tiers, no bundles, just the exact features you want, when you want them.
Renewing addons is simple. Log into Envoyce, open the Addons section, then switch to the Installed Addons tab to see everything you currently have.
Select the addon to renew, add it to your cart, and checkout. No penalties, no tricks just a clean, direct renewal process.
Yes.
Renewal notifications for addons are straightforward. Envoyce sends two reminder emails before an addon expires, one at 28 days and again at 7 days.
If the addon does expire, you’ll see a notice when you next log in. If you don’t want to renew, simply dismiss the message and it won’t appear again.
Most addons cost under £10 for a six‑month term, offering exceptional value compared to typical industry pricing.
Some advanced addons still in development (such as the Double Entry bookkeeping addon) will cost more, but only in proportion to their complexity.
Even then, Envoyce prices remain well below industry norms, ensuring powerful functionality without inflated costs.
Yes.
Support for addons is available exclusively to users who have purchased them. You can create a support ticket at any time through your Envoyce account.
Just describe the issue you’re experiencing, submit the ticket, and our team will contact you to resolve it. This ensures focused, reliable help for the features you’re actively using.
Yes.
Additional users on your account can use addons as well. Access depends on the role you assign them. For example, a user with the viewer role can see invoices but cannot create backups or apply discounts.
Higher‑permission roles can fully use the installed addons just like you, ensuring flexibility without compromising control.
When an addon expires, Envoyce keeps running normally & you can still create invoices and manage your work as usual.
However, addons that modify invoices, such as custom templates, will revert to the default Envoyce template. You’ll be clearly notified when this happens.
If you decide to renew, the renewal starts from today’s date, so you’re never asked to backdate coverage or pay for time you didn’t use.
Yes.
The expiry process is designed to be fair and disruption‑free. When an addon expires, anything you created while it was active ie; invoices or quotations will continue to work exactly as before. Only new items revert to the default Envoyce templates.
For backup addons, you can still view all previously created backups, but you won’t be able to create new backups or restore existing ones until the addon is renewed. This ensures your past work remains intact while keeping addon usage tied only to active terms.
Each addon has its own specific cessation policy, detailed clearly in its description.
Envoyce encourages longer addon periods because invoicing is a long‑term, steady business activity.
Most addons are purchased for six to twelve months, which contrasts with the industry’s monthly‑billing norm but aligns far better with how invoicing actually works. Fewer renewals mean fewer interruptions, more stability, and better value.
Longer addon terms also offer the best overall pricing, giving users more functionality for less while keeping their workflow consistent and predictable.

You cannot block additional users from accessing your addons. Any addon you purchase becomes available to all users on your Envoyce account, with access determined solely by their assigned role.
A viewer‑level user, for example, can’t apply discounts or create backups, but higher‑permission roles can fully use the installed addons just as you can.
