These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Envoyce addon Design Pack #1. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Design Pack #1 is a digital addon that provides additional invoice and quotation templates, along with extra font options, for use exclusively within the Envoyce application. The addon enhances the visual presentation of documents generated through Envoyce but does not alter core invoicing functionality.
Upon successful payment, Design Pack #1 is automatically activated on your Envoyce account. Activation is immediate. A tax invoice will be provided at the time of purchase and can also be downloaded at any time from Settings → Orders within the Envoyce app.
This addon will remain available for use until the renewal date shown on your receipt. If your addon is renewed, it will remain available until the extended renewal date. If the addon is not renewed, access will automatically end on the stated expiry date.
Design Pack #1 is intended solely for use within the Envoyce system. You acknowledge and agree that:
All templates included in this addon have been specifically constructed to work exclusively with Envoyce.
The templates will not function on other invoicing platforms, PDF generators, or external systems.
Templates and associated design elements cannot be downloaded, exported, extracted, or used outside Envoyce under any circumstances.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or attempt to access the underlying template files.
All template‑related features remain bound to your Envoyce account and cannot be transferred.
Design Pack #1 includes a curated selection of open‑source fonts. These fonts are freely available for personal or commercial use outside Envoyce; however, their integration, configuration, and presentation within Envoyce remain part of this addon and cannot be exported or extracted from the system.
All addon purchases are final. As Design Pack #1 is a digital product that is delivered and activated immediately, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.
Purchase of this addon grants you access to Envoyce’s Support Ticketing system. Support tickets may be submitted directly through the Envoyce app. Envoyce will make reasonable efforts to respond, but response times may vary. As a small independent business, all support is handled directly by our team.
Design Pack #1 is designed exclusively for use with the current supported versions of Envoyce. Envoyce does not guarantee compatibility with third‑party software, external PDF generators, or unsupported legacy versions of the app.
Envoyce may, at its discretion, update or improve Design Pack #1. Any updates to the templates or fonts included in this addon will be made available to existing purchasers at no additional cost.
Envoyce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Design Pack #1. You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices and documents comply with any legal, tax, or regulatory requirements applicable to your business.
Envoyce aims to maintain a reliable and stable service for all users. However, you acknowledge and agree that occasional interruptions may occur.
Envoyce may perform scheduled maintenance to improve performance, security, or functionality. Where possible, planned maintenance will be communicated in advance through the Envoyce website or within the app. During maintenance periods, access to Envoyce and any purchased addons, including Design Pack #1, may be temporarily unavailable.
Unplanned outages may occur due to circumstances beyond Envoyce’s control, including hosting provider issues, network failures, software faults, or external service disruptions. Envoyce will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Envoyce does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. While the service is designed for high availability, continuous access cannot be assured. Temporary downtime may affect access to your account, documents, or addon features such as template options and font selections.
Envoyce does not offer compensation, refunds, or extensions for downtime, whether planned or unplanned. This includes downtime affecting access to purchased addons or their features.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of business‑critical information stored outside Envoyce. Envoyce is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from service interruptions or outages.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these addon‑specific Terms and Conditions. These Terms are additional to the main Envoyce Site Terms and Conditions previously accepted. They do not replace, override, or supersede the general Site Terms in any way.
